– New stylish dining destination will feature eclectic mix of restaurants in a vibrant waterside setting –
12 November 2013, Abu Dhabi, UAE: Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) is in preparation to launch the UAE Capital’s newest stylish destination, Venetian Village. Situated within the Ritz Carlton Grand Canal development, Venetian Village will introduce a new concept of alfresco dining to Abu Dhabi in a scenic, waterfront setting.
Spanning across 20,000 square meters, Venetian Village will feature six restaurants making their debut in Abu Dhabi, crossing culinary borders with cuisines ranging from Mediterranean to Emirati and Japanese. Venetian Village will also be home to the Ritz Carlton’s spa, a 2,000 square meter space dedicated to therapeutic luxury.
Commenting on the project, Julide Ozbilge Nuss, Manager of Food and Beverages Assets – ADNH, said:
“The Venetian Village is more than just a collection of restaurants – it will bring a fresh ambience and attitude to the ever evolving dining scene in Abu Dhabi. Guests can expect to see some exciting international names coming to the UAE for the very first time – both in terms of chefs and restaurant concepts – and the destination will offer a convivial, vibrant atmosphere, creating an experience beyond the exquisite cuisine. Ultimately, Venetian Village will cater to a niche in the Abu Dhabi market that has yet to be fulfilled, presenting an eclectic and diverse mix of dining options, a lively environment, and beautiful Italian architecture, all in one spectacular beachfront location.”
The Venetian Village restaurants will be designed by renowned international designers from the global restaurant industry. These are brought together within one location that features distinct architecture, inspired by the Renaissance and urban planning of the city of Venice, Italy, and promises to be a unique setting within Abu Dhabi. Guests will also enjoy the option of exclusive valet parking directly at the destination, or can self-park in the parking structure with more than 300 spots available.
